Hangi bilgiler, hangi amaçla işlenir?

• Siteyi sunma ve güvenlik: Hosting providers may process page requests, IP addresses and technical request information needed to establish a connection. Authentication cookies are used for administrator sign-in. For security and service operation, the applicable conditions under Article 5(2) of the Law are assessed: entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights.
• İletişim ve talep: iletişim formuna sizin yazdığınız ad, e-posta ve mesaj, talebinizi yanıtlamak ve gerekli yazışmayı yapmak için kullanılır. Taleple sınırlı sözleşme öncesi işlemler, sözleşmenin ifası veya meşru menfaat şartları uygulanabilir. Bu içerikler analitik olaylara kopyalanmaz.
• İsteğe bağlı kullanım analitiği: Only with your explicit consent, we process the public page path, approximate country, device type, browser/operating system category, web/PWA information, referral source category, random session ID, visit time, active time, scroll percentage and action types such as copying, playing or contacting. The purpose is to understand content usage, fix errors and improve performance. The legal basis for analytics is explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the Law.
• Tercih kaydı: We retain your acceptance or rejection, the policy version and date and, following acceptance, the consent receipt and withdrawal date. These are processed to apply your preferences and demonstrate consent status.

Analitik kapsamının sınırları

Analytics does not record raw IP addresses, raw user-agent strings, full referrer URLs, URL query parameters, personal message content or contact form fields. Names and card messages entered in the scene are excluded. Consented height comparison usage is stored as one summary per visit: approximate country, device type, language, web/PWA, final colour palette and scenery, catalogue codes of celebrities in the scene and manually changed heights rounded to whole centimetres. Demo and celebrity heights are excluded from averages. Feature usage counts are added using a limited set of action names; names, text, clothing selections and movement coordinates are not recorded. Successful link/image copying and device sharing, download requests and opening social sharing windows are separate records protected against duplicate submissions. Details are deleted after 90 days. Aggregate usage and sharing counters without person, browser or visit identifiers are retained after those details are deleted. Short share-link codes are excluded from analytics. Private surprise and anonymous message links are not tracked. Random session IDs are not real identities, but these records are still protected as pseudonymous data and are not claimed to be fully anonymous. There is no advertising profiling or cross-site tracking.

Height comparison share links

During normal use, scene edits are stored on your device. When you copy a comparison link, the scene, selected language, title, note and preview image are stored on the server to create a short link. Editing the preview or downloading an image does not save the scene to the server. This record supports the sharing service you requested and is independent of analytics consent. Anyone with the link can open the content, and messaging apps may cache the preview image. Hide names removes names from the shared record; personal information entered in the title or note remains visible. The record is retained so the link works. To request removal, contact the address above and include the link. Clearing the scene from this device does not delete a previously shared server record. Older long links continue to contain their content within the URL.

Alıcılar ve yurt dışı barındırma

The site uses Vercel hosting and Supabase database infrastructure. The current Supabase project is hosted in the eu-central-2 region, outside Türkiye. Providers’ technical access, support services or subprocessors may also involve processing abroad. Data being viewed only by the site owner does not mean that no international transfer occurs.

Ongoing international transfers must also meet the transfer conditions under Article 9 of the Law and, where required, provide appropriate safeguards. Cookie consent alone is not a transfer agreement satisfying those conditions. This notice does not claim that a standard contract has been signed or a notification submitted.

Retention periods

• New analytics visit and event records: up to 90 days, with daily automatic cleanup.
• Cookie preferences and consent validity: 180 days. The consent record is retained for up to 90 more days after expiry; deletion completes on the next daily cleanup run.
• Random analytics session: scoped to the browser tab, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity and cleared on rejection.
• Previous system records: excluded from the new consent-based analytics. Retention and deletion of older records are assessed separately; this notice does not create retrospective consent for them.

Contact records, security logs and provider backups follow processes separate from the analytics tables. Retention must be limited to the period needed to fulfil the relevant request, meet legal obligations and protect rights. Immediate deletion from provider backups is not guaranteed.

Seçiminiz ve haklarınız

Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the site. Accept, reject and preference buttons are equally visible. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie preferences . Withdrawal stops new measurement; it does not automatically invalidate earlier lawful processing. Analytics will not start if your browser sends a DNT/GPC do-not-track signal.

You can send a request to the email address above, identifying yourself and explaining your request. Depending on its nature, proportionate identity verification and a legally compliant application method may be required. Requests are assessed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on their nature. Names entered in a scene are not verified identity information; it may not always be possible to establish that a particular record belongs to you.
